• Bedroom 1: 3 Double Beds — $700 per bed shared

• Bedroom 2: Queen Bed — $1,000 solo room

• Bedroom 3: Queen Bed — $1,000 solo room

• Bedroom 5: Double Bed — $1,000 solo room

Bathroom & Hot Tub Upgrades:

• Private bathroom with hot tub (3 available): add $150 per booking
